SOUL SPACES Interior
SOUL SPACES is a holistic interior design service by studio designsetter. Interior design with a holistic approach - Designing nurturing interior spaces with balanced energy that enhances our scense of emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Designing restorative, ethical environments.
We are living in a fast paced way facing a constant flow of visual stimulation and information. More and more people feel the need to create a sanctuary at home, a place where we can take care of ourselves, unwind, meditate, gather strength and energy. More and more people think holistically about their homes, about the energy they want to create and feel.
Soul Spaces is designed for residential interiors as well as for vacation homes, yoga and wellness spaces. Upon the client’s wish we can apply a sense of the sanctuary to the whole space or work on selected retreat areas such as bedroom, bathroom or meditation space.
SOUL SPACES DESIGN PROCESS:
Aesthetic and philosophy principles upon which we design a home-retreat for our clients:
What do you want to make room for? - creating The soul of the space. Since the sense of a sanctuary is perceived individually to each person in own special way, our interior design method begins with a meditation and vision building about what a home sanctuary feels to our clients. Colours, shapes and objects all carry certain vibes affecting our feelings and sences in the space. During our first session we define the colour schemes, shapes, elements that foster your unique sence of sanctuary.
Back to nature. We work mostly with natural, fair-trade, ecological materials, furniture and objects to create a restorative environment. We develop a mood board and a product list within client’s budget. Studio Designsetter has an established connection to ecological interior and furniture brands whose products we can choose from, including hand made custommade furniture.
Warm minimalism. Each object carries energy, hence we focus on creating a minimalist decluttered space enhanced with warmth of materials and design elements. We will be drawing inspiration from nordic and japanese minimalism.
